This non-profit public charity was founded to serve the needs of the world's poor, needy, and underprivileged. We provide for basic necessities such as food and clothing; tools and support that enable those seeking a better life to escape poverty; and public education, materials, and related support concerning the nature of our mission.

- Funds were collected for earthquake relief.
- On June 20 2005 the IRS issued a final ruling determination letter recognizing our 501(c)(3) charity status. This has been a long, 5-year process that all new independent charities must endure, and we are ecstatic to have this phase of our development completed.
