A Grain of Hope Foundation, Inc., an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, has implemented a new program whereby dialysis patients who cannot afford their treatment may receive financial assistance.

Terms of the program include:

• the patient must be currenlty on dialysis treatment, or have been prescribed treatment by a doctor;
• the patient, doctor, and treatment center must be in the United States;
• the patient must provide proof of financial indigency, and must assert and verify that they have no insurance coverage for, or any other financial assistance towards, the dialysis treatment.
